At COSCOSMOS, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient delivery services for all customers. Please review the following guidelines to understand shipping timelines, costs, and procedures for handling delays or lost shipments.


1. General Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-7 business days, depending on product availability.
    • Custom-Made Products: Production time typically takes 10-20 business days, excluding holidays.
  • Shipment Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive an email titled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with Coscosmos.com" with tracking information.
  • Worry-Free Purchase Insurance: For 0.98 USD, you can add insurance at checkout to protect your order from delays, loss, or damage during transit. With this coverage, you may receive reimbursement for the shipping cost or a full refund based on the insurance policy.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Economy Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 8-20 business days.
    • Cost: Starts from USD 23 (calculated based on destination and weight).
  • Super Shipping:

    • Delivery Time: 8-10 business days (typically arrives within 10 days).
    • Cost: Starts from USD 33 (calculated based on destination and weight).
  • Free Shipping:

    • Available for orders eligible through promotions or coupons.
    • Free shipping orders will be delivered using Economy shipping.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. COSCOSMOS is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided in the shipment confirmation email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status on the courier’s website.


5. Handling Delays or Lost Shipments

  • Delivery Delays: If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Customer Service for assistance.

  • Overdue Orders:

    • Up to 10 days overdue: You may request either a full refund(excluding shipping costs) or 30% reimbursement upon delivery.
    • More than 10 days overdue: You may cancel the order for a full refund or keep the item free of charge, paying only the shipping fee.
  • Worry-Free Purchase Insurance:

    • If you purchased Worry-Free Purchase Insurance, you are eligible for shipping fee reimbursement or a full refund for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Please refer to the Worry-Free Purchase Insurance policy for detailed terms.

6. Shipping Issues & Exceptions

  • Incorrect or Damaged Shipments:

    • If your order arrives damaged or with incorrect items, please contact Customer Service within 14 days. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect product, along with the packaging.
    • For damaged items, we may request additional “Proof of Damage” from the delivery carrier.
  • Missed or Refused Deliveries:

    • If the delivery is refused or the address provided is incorrect, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery fees.

7. Custom Orders & International Shipping

  • Custom-Made Products: Custom products may take longer to ship due to production times. Please refer to your order confirmation for estimated delivery dates.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide, but delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures.

8. Return Shipments for Custom Products

Customers returning custom products for modifications must cover the return shipping cost to our facility in China. We will handle the modification free of charge and cover the cost of re-shipping the item back to you.

9. Shipping Fees for Returns

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality issue or shipping error.
  • Return Label: A return shipping label will be provided for all approved returns. Please follow the instructions given by Customer Service.

10. Important Notes

  • Express Shipping via DHL: For orders requiring express delivery, please contact Customer Service to confirm availability and additional fees.
  • Refund Adjustments for Free Shipping: If a returned order used a free shipping coupon or promotion, the value of the original shipping will be deducted from the refund.
